This full-day training includes an in-depth study of the Scope and Sequences and Theme Guides, how they are organized, and how they work together. Participants will have opportunities to work with weekly lesson plans to understand how to incorporate various activities, groupings, and lessons critical to kindergarten readiness. Participants will also be provided with an overview of the first 2 weeks of school to ensure strong implementation of rules, routines, and procedures for building a warm, caring, successful classroom learning environment.
