Shenikia Cossey is a Senior Client Support Analyst that has been with CLI for four years. She came to us after leaving the U.S. Army, where she served our nation for 7 years working in logistics and computer technology. Joining the Children’s Learning Institute, Shenikia initially worked with our Texas Workforce Professional Development Team before transitioning to our Client Support Analyst and Solutions Group team, where she assists our numerous CLI users on the platform.
Shenikia has an Associate Degree in Management, and is actively working for her Bachelor’s in Business Management, so that she may expand her skill set and use it in her current position. At Solutions Group, Shenikia supports customers seeking assistance on the CLI Engage platform, whether they may have questions about uploading students, creating new accounts, or any other issue that may arise about the assessment tool being used. She is attentive and a great problem-solver, making her a great addition to our team.
