Holly Rocha was closely involved in the development and launch of CLI Solutions Group in 2016 where she now serves as a Senior Program Manager. She joined the Children’s Learning Institute (CLI) in 2012, working primarily with the TPRI Early Reading Assessment and the Texas Literacy Initiative (TLI). While at CLI, Holly has established herself as a gifted literacy leader throughout Texas as she has supported several state projects in various capacities, including lead author of the CIRCLE Pre-K Curriculum.
Holly works collaboratively with district and school leaders to develop solutions to enhance instruction and improve outcomes for students. As an exceptional presenter, Holly has been invited to present locally and nationally to teachers, school administrators, and district leaders. Prior to joining CLI, Holly was a veteran classroom teacher who earned the honor of being named Rookie Teacher of the Year and Teacher of the Year for her campus. During this time she developed keen leadership skills as she served as the lead mentor for new teachers and led the gifted and talented program on her campus. She also provided staff development at the campus and district-level and served on district curriculum revision teams. Holly is a true asset to CLI Solutions Group.
